Viewing 3D videos, as linked on this site.

July 2020:

Now YouTube 3D videos are only downloaded as red-cyan anaglyphs.   This may be OK for a quick preview, but colors are not the greatest and rivalries can often annoying.   These are a good way to get the idea of depth in the subjects.

A better way is to view our two sample videos is to download the free 4K squished over under clips (under  3D Downloads).  Play them on your computer using a software program like Stereoscopic Player (which can reformat the stream for various output devices).  Or, you can play the downloaded files directly onto a 4K 3DTV  (spectacular!).

The best solution is to purchase the 3D Video Collection, a 256 Gb flash drive containing 23 programs.  Old award winning shows plus all the latest.

October 2014:

Due to various browser incompatibilities and other issues, the 3D settings (the gear button) on YouTube videos has been problematic.  Often the 3D format controls don't work, so that your only salvation is to download the native horizontally-squished side-by-side video and play it on your computer though a program like Stereoscopic Player ( 3dtv.at).
